On November 13, 2009 Yves "Julian" Cauvin failed to appear in a Seattle Washington courtroom for a Civil Hearing. Cauvin was due to appear in court for his trial for Felony Theft in regards to an alleged mortgage fraud scheme he ran on Argent Mortgage, and his employee Marcia Smith. He also failed to appear for that in December.
Cauvin has since been located and his trial re-scheduled for February 2010.
