I've been getting email almost daily regarding items I have listed on ebay for sale; problem is, I don't have an ebay account, or items for sell on ebay.
Millions of people do, and they may very well believe such emails are authentic and respond to them.
This is nothing more than a phishing scam. You will be asked to log into your account to retrieve your message, and then they have you.
Don't do it, ever.
